On Saturday, Decatur Utilities was recognized as the top fundraiser for the 2025 Dragon Boat Race and Festival, raising $15,249 in donations for the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation from its vendors and employees. (No ratepayer funds were used.) DU has raised more than $125,000 since the event started in 2013 and has been the top fundraising team each year. We are thankful to our vendors and employees for supporting this worthy cause and giving back to the community we call home!
