Check your circuit breakers.

Verify visually if your meter or the line coming into your house is damaged.

Stay away from ALL downed power lines!

Turn off air conditioners/heat pumps and other large appliances​.

First, we identify the most likely cause of the outage​.

Priorities

Restore hospitals, fire, police, public health and rescue facilities.

Restore substations to get largest number of customers restored.

Begin working distribution lines and circuits.

Begin working on isolated pockets of customers and individual homes.
