Service & Meter Info.
Itemized list of charges for each service. Contains serial number of each metered service, your current and previous month readings, and amount of usage being billed.
Payments & Other Debits/Credits
Any payments or adjustments that have been made to your account during this billing cycle.
Balance Forward
Charges in this box are past due and need to be paid immediately to avoid service interruption.
Current Charges
Total amount that was billed during this period. The Bill Due Date shown at the bottom of the statement only applies to the amount in the Current Charges box.
