Operation Warm is an energy program administered by the Community Action Partnership of North Alabama to assist those who are elderly, handicapped or in a health crisis situation. You can help fund this program by donating $1.00 or more above your monthly utility bill. If you would like to contribute each month to Operation Warm, call us at (256) 552-1400. Decatur Utilities does not have or accept applications or determine need for assistance. Applications for assistance are available through Community Action Partnership of North Alabama.
